Fully-electric Lotus Emeya-S joins Dubai Police luxury fleet at World Police Summit 2025
Boasts 600km range, 603hp, 4.2s acceleration, futuristic tech and design
DUBAI Police have officially inducted the fully-electric Lotus Emeya-S into their elite luxury patrol fleet, continuing their forward-thinking drive towards innovation and sustainability.
The unveiling took place at the World Police Summit at Dubai World Trade Centre, capturing widespread attention as part of the force’s ongoing efforts to maintain a cutting-edge image while promoting green mobility.
The event was led by Expert Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs at Dubai Police, and attended by a high-profile delegation of senior police officers and Lotus representatives, including Ramzi Al Atat, Regional Marketing and PR Director at Lotus. Bearing plate number 75, the Emeya-S marked its debut with flair.

Dubai Police officers were given a detailed look into the Emeya-S’s specs. The all-electric vehicle boasts an impressive range of 600 kilometres per charge, a top speed of 250 km/h, and can hit 0–100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, thanks to its 603-horsepower engine. These high-performance credentials make it an ideal addition to the supercar fleet patrolling some of the city’s busiest and most iconic locations.
The Emeya-S blends performance with smart design, featuring advanced autonomous driving features, state-of-the-art digital displays, and a futuristic aesthetic. Inside, it offers a sleek tech-forward cabin complete with cutting-edge entertainment systems, reinforcing its status as a hyper-GT class electric marvel. The model’s starting price in the UAE stands around Dh450,000, according to dealers.
Major General Al Mansouri emphasised that such electric additions align with the department’s broader goals. “These vehicles not only elevate the image of Dubai Police but also enable officers to engage with residents and tourists by offering information, guidance, and promoting the community role of the force,” he said.
A strategic upgrade
The Emeya-S will support patrol duties in high-footfall areas including Burj Khalifa, Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). This strategic deployment underscores the importance Dubai Police places on visibility, tourism safety, and utilising modern tech to connect with the public.
Ramzi Al Atat expressed Lotus’s enthusiasm in renewing their collaboration with Dubai Police, noting it as an extension of the partnership established when the Lotus Eletre R was earlier added to the force. “Using environmentally friendly vehicles in public service demonstrates the force’s forward-thinking approach,” he added.
To commemorate the event, Dubai Police presented a special plaque to Al Atat, followed by a group photo with the attending officers and guests. The ceremony underscored the synergy between automotive innovation and modern policing.
A line-up of icons
The addition of the Lotus Emeya-S follows the earlier inclusion of the customised Rolls-Royce Cullinan, unveiled during Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 at the same venue. Developed in collaboration with German luxury tuning firm Mansory, the Cullinan delivers 610 horsepower, accelerates from 0–100 km/h in five seconds, and tops out at 280 km/h. Its green-and-white livery and carbon fibre bodywork reflect the fusion of engineering power and patrol prestige.
Before the Cullinan, the Dubai Police force also welcomed a Mercedes-AMG G63, also modified by Mansory, featuring a 720-horsepower engine and sprinting from 0–100 km/h in a blistering 3.7 seconds.
Together, the Emeya-S, Cullinan, and G63 represent a new era of high-tech, sustainable, and visually iconic patrol vehicles, perfectly tailored to Dubai’s status as a global luxury and tourism hub.
